If however for any reason you need to return an item the maximum delay for returning an item for exchange or refund is 3 days after delivery. Before returning a product, you are required to contact Zanita Gifts in order to establish return authorization. Shipping charges are not refundable. Customers are encouraged to insure returned item. Zanita Gifts cannot be held responsible for return shipping losses. Customers also assume shipping costs of returns, except if the return is due to an error Zanita Gifts, in which case return shipping costs are reimbursed. The restocking fee for refunds is 15% of purchase price. |
